Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 16 years HEC-recognized education in BS Physics/Mathematics OR BS Computer Science/Aviation Management with Pre-Engineering background OR Bachelor’s in Engineering
Minimum 70% aggregate CGPA with F.Sc/A-Levels Pre-Engineering (70% marks or equivalent)
Maximum age limit 28 years (with government relaxation rules applicable)
Domicile of relevant province/region as per quota
General Terms:
Pay Scale: Rs.56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880 (Defined Contribution Scheme)
Appointment strictly on merit and suitability
Selected candidates must execute surety bond of Rs.2,500,000 for 10-year service commitment
Posting anywhere in Pakistan as per PAA requirement
Non-refundable test fee Rs.500 via Allied Bank

Requirements
- 16 years HEC-recognized education in BS Physics/Mathematics OR BS Computer Science/Aviation Management with Pre-Engineering OR Bachelor's Engineering
- Minimum 70% aggregate CGPA with Pre-Engineering background (70% marks equivalent)
- Maximum age 28 years with government relaxation rules
- Relevant provincial/regional domicile as per quota
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent command of English and Urdu
- Knowledge of aviation regulations preferred
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage air traffic control operations at assigned airports
- Ensure safe separation of aircraft during takeoff, landing, and en-route phases
- Coordinate with pilots, ground staff, and adjacent ATC units
- Maintain accurate flight data records and communication logs
- Implement ICAO standards and national aviation safety protocols
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate rescue operations
- Conduct shift duties including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Participate in ATC equipment testing and calibration
- Prepare operational reports and incident documentation
- Train junior ATC staff and participate in proficiency assessments
- Adhere to PAA policies and civil aviation regulations
