Requirements
- Graduate with 16 years of education
- PCAA ANO-066 AML holder in Category B2 with no limitations
- Type endorsement of Group-1 aircraft
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Expertise in maintenance of Group-1 category aircraft
- Strong understanding of aviation regulatory requirements and MRO processes
- Ability to work with maintenance schedules and operational requirements
- Proficiency in the use of aviation maintenance software and tools
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational readiness of aircraft by overseeing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Supervise aircraft maintenance activities and ensure compliance with aviation safety standards
- Manage and monitor the performance of maintenance teams
- Maintain and update maintenance records and technical documentation
- Liaise with regulatory authorities for compliance with aviation regulations
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to, minimizing downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
