Position Details

Requirements

• Education & Certification:
• Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent with at least 60% or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of managerial-level experience in hospitality management, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments like hotels, resorts, or large event venues.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain high service standards with measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Experience in managing teams, including training and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of hospitality services at airports, ensuring service excellence.
• Develop and maintain high service standards and procedures for hospitality services.
• Ensure continuous improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and train hospitality staff, setting clear performance expectations and offering development opportunities.
• Develop strategies to manage large events and hotel operations effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of services offered and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with the airport management to ensure that all hospitality services align with the overall goals of PAA.
