Requirements
- Graduate with 16 years of education
- PCAA ANO-066 AML holder in Category B1
- Type endorsement of Group-1 aircraft, preferably without limitations
- 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance activities related to Group-1 category aircraft
- Strong knowledge of public procurement processes, administrative and regulatory matters of MRO
- Proficiency in managing teams and maintenance scheduling
Responsibilities
- Lead the aircraft maintenance team and ensure operational readiness of all aircraft
- Oversee and coordinate aircraft maintenance schedules and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality control standards
- Manage procurement processes related to maintenance equipment and services
- Develop and enforce maintenance policies and procedures
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and flight readiness
