Requirements
- Masters degree with minimum second division (preferably in science discipline)
- Teaching qualification in ECE/Montessori
- Minimum 10 years sound teaching knowledge/experience in Pre-Primary School at Montessori and Primary Level
- Minimum 05 years experience as Principal/Head Mistress of English Medium Primary School
- Maximum age 45 to 50 years as on 1st August 2026
- Female candidates only
- High level of accomplishment
Responsibilities
- Overall operations of the school ensuring alignment with best industry standards
- Ensure effective implementation of high-quality curriculum standards
- Build, lead, and retain a team of high-performing professionals
- Supervise and monitor the entire educational process including teacher recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation
- Prepare periodic academic and performance reports
- Develop, review, and enhance curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching methodologies
- Ensure compliance with academy's educational policies and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate effectively among teachers, administration, and management
- Monitor the progress of students and faculty
- Use technology and educational platforms to enhance teaching effectiveness
- Provide continuous guidance, support, and constructive feedback
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
