Position Details

Requirements

• MBBS from an HEC-recognized university
• Must be registered with the PMDC/PMC
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in emergency medicine, cardiology, or internal medicine
• Extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly in aviation or public sector settings
• Strong understanding of medical practices related to aviation safety
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage medical emergencies and provide expert healthcare guidance at airports

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage medical services at airports across the country
• Ensure the health and safety of airport staff and passengers by implementing comprehensive healthcare programs
• Manage emergency medical situations, particularly in aviation-related incidents
• Work closely with airport authorities to integrate health and safety protocols for aviation personnel
• Supervise a team of medical professionals and provide guidance and training
• Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare regulations within aviation environments
• Provide expert advice on the medical needs related to aviation operations, including emergency response protocols
