Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant disciplines (Law, Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, IT, Finance)
- Minimum 2β10 years experience depending on role seniority
- Strong proficiency in industry tools (Petrel, IPM, Velocity EHS, ArcGIS, Merak PEEP)
- Commitment to QHSE standards and safety protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to serve in remote field locations as required
- Valid passport and clean background check
- Possession of mandatory certifications (e.g., PMP for Civil, LLM preferred for Legal)
Responsibilities
- Lead technical, legal, and engineering operations aligned with PPL's strategic goals
- Develop and implement ESG strategies supporting international sustainability standards
- Conduct geological and geophysical surveys to identify new hydrocarbon resources
- Manage reservoir performance through simulation, forecasting, and optimization
- Oversee infrastructure projects ensuring quality control and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental laws, and corporate governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and innovation
